Every thought you have and every statement you make is creating your future, regardless of your intention!
Each of these thoughts with repetition can become ingrained beliefs, some will serve you well in life, so choose wisely.

We can choose helpful, kind, loving thoughts that support us, or unhelpful, critical thoughts that create “false beliefs" and hold us back in life. We can adopt another’s belief about ourselves or the world around us. This process usually begins whilst we are children, and we can carry these beliefs into adulthood. Our subconscious mind is always listening and responding to what you believe, accepting whatever we consistently feed it. Much like an oven baking a cake, it doesn't judge the ingredients - it simply produces results. If you use the wrong ingredients, the cake won't turn out as you hoped. When you choose the right ones, it becomes something nourishing and enjoyable. Just like your Life!

Each one of these affirmations will create quite different experiences in life, becoming our truth until we begin to recognise these negative thoughts are hurting us. Choose supportive loving thoughts instead and you can begin creating the life that truly nourishes you. Your thoughts are your ingredients - and you get to choose them!
