Reconnect with your Inner Wisdom
Meditation really allows you to tune into yourself and your inner wisdom, giving you permission to release, relax and rejuvenate. Regular meditating can help to encourage our brain's 'delta' waves which are synonymous with a really deep state of relaxation that we experience after a deep and peaceful nights sleep.
These delta waves benefit us by boosting our immune systems, bringing clarity, balance & improved wellness. It is only then that you are able to re-connect with all parts of yourself and your oneness.
When two or more gather to meditate you will find your vibrational energy connects as one , ensuring we benefit as a collective.
I currently facilitate a popular group twice a month. We tend to anchor and follow each Meditation with some supportive music and a reflective reading. Some Meditations include the use of positive affirmations.
